He now principally works as a senior reviewer, technical advisor, and member of IGRBs and ITRBs. Mark holds a master’s degree in civil/geotechnical engineering from UNR and has been on the College of Engineering advisory board for 15 years. He started his career in Nevada and later co-founded an engineering company which grew to a staff of 500 with offices in 7 countries. Most recently, Mark was on the emergency response team for the Yukon government and then chaired the independent review board for the failure of Victoria Gold’s Eagle Gold heap leach project.
